ship arrived in port a little late having stopped during the night for a mechanical problem. by the time we cleared Santander it was 5pm.
travelled 180 miles to saint Jean, along with a our share of rain, the Autocom bike to bike proving its worth again when one half went off in wrong direction into Bilbao luckly with the use of the radios we were able to stay in touch and meet up shortly afterwards. Arrived about 9pm only to find hotels full, took until 10pm to sort hotel and get down for a beer. The later you start the faster you drink syndrome came into effect.
Another late night, having just landed back in room room at 1am, and now catching up with website.
What a poor room John slleping on matress on floor, Philly on small single and me in a double.
The kids are at least happy that the story is on the web, they just hope you are back home.
