Tuesday

Left North Shields at 18.00 DFDS Seaways to Ijmuden. I liked the boat especially sleeping on it. The dancers were very good.

Wednesday/Thursday

Lots of miles to get to the first stop Lubeck, lovely campsite nice meal in nearby pub. Lubeck old town is very good with lots of nice buildings and churches. We went on a boat trip to see the city sights. Weather hot. We had a lovely pizza and my tooth dropped out when i had a bite.

Friday

Left Germany and took a 45 minute ferry to Denmark, a high speed train also drove onto the ferry it was amazing to watch. Seen 4 big bridges but only drove over 3.

	Satuday 27th Denmark to Sweden on a ferry only a short hop. Drove to Jonkoping, went to town had a lovely meal meat balls and mashed potatoe. Stayed up until eleven o clock on park. Sunday 28th left campsite late and drove to Bredang, stopped on route for MacDonalds. The campsite was good and the playpark was full of litttle stones. There was a castle a ship and a house on the park. I made a freind but we did not understand each otheres language. Tonight i had my shower on my own for the first time Dad was in the next cubicle. We walked in to town and had a drink next to the train station. a person sat next to me and smoked yuk so me and Mam swopped seats. Monday 29th Went into Stockholm early Monday morning on the Tube. We went to the Royal Palace it was fantastic we seen the changing of the guards. We visted the Old Town my Mam loved this. There was a beautiful church and we went shopping. We jumped on a tram, a bus and back to the campsite on the tube. Tueday 30th Caught the boat to Tallin in Estonia departure 18.00. I made friends 3 girls 1 boy we played until 11 o clock the girls chased me round the boat. I danced to the hookie kookie on stage. Wednesday/Thurs 30th/31st July 1st August Found a good campsite the showers had no doors, but i could pedal my bike so that was good. Tallin is great, i bought a key ring, sunglasses and a t shirt. I had sausages for breakfast which were great and a Chinese which was nice. I loved the noodles and the chicken curry. We sat outside the Restaurant but it was lovely inside with lots of nice picture. On Thursday we went to the harbour for lunch there was lots of nice yatchs moored alongside. Some of the buildings are really old in Tallin one looked like the Adamms Family house. Friday 1st Drove off the Campsite to Haaspsalu it took a long time to get there because of road works. We saw some old trains on the way. I stood next to them and had my photo taken.

Saturday 2nd - Saaremaa , Estonia

Monday 4th - Parnu

Parnu It was raining we went to town it was good, we had a lovely Chinese meal, i made a friend on the campsite.

Tuesday / Wednesday 5th 6th - Riga

The campsite was on bumpy ground, there was lots of people on the site, it had a park but it was broken. In the town my Dad bought me a watch and new shorts. We saw a big statue high in the sky it was a lady with her arms in the air holding three stars. Me, Mam, and Dad went on a boat Dad rowed, we thought it would sink. We had a milkshake then a go on the bouncy castle and cars in the park.

After that we went to a big tower on the 26th floor really high the highest in the city and we could see everything. Dad had a beer Mam had a Rum Runner and I had a strawberry smoothie, they had cherries and oranges and limes in. We then went to the Jumping Frog for supper I had Omelette with ham.

Thursday 7th Friday 8th

Ventspills Town lovely, had supper there the night we arrived, went for a walk along the harbour Mam split her jeans jumping on a cow to get her photo taken with me. Seen a huge passenger ship leave the harbour.

On Friday in Palanga a sea side town, campsite near the beach. The campsite was awful, toilets stunk but i went to the beach and in the water in my clothes on. Seen lots of weddings today.

Saturday 9th to Wednesday 13th: Vilnus 4 nights

Saturday we visited the Hills Of Crosses, they were absoulutley great. I bought a cross and left it there for all my family and friends. We travelled a lot today, and did not get into our campsite until very late. Villinius We stayed three nights on this campsite.

We met our friends again from Poland we had a drink in the pub with them. I liked the pub. The next day we went to the Island on a boat and seen lots of things for sale on the market stalls we bought some presents. When we went into the City of Villinius the following day we seen lots of churches, i bought a silver cross and presents for both Grandmas in the church which had a lovely gold picture of Our Lady, we prayed at the statue i prayed for my fish and Mam prayed for her Mam.

Mam bought me a top and jeans when we went shopping. On the 3rd day we went to the lake with our Polish Friends I played with Michai and Ewa we all had a swim including my mam. We had a a picnic then we all went back for our tea and a rest. Our friends came round that night we had great fun. We had soup and pancakes for supper. We had to leave for Poland on the wednesday i was very sad to leave my freinds but we have promised to keep in touch.

Wednesday 14th : Ukta (Poland)

The campsite was brilliant it was built on ground once owned by Indians, it was scary we had our supper in a cave.

Thursday 15th : Gdansk

Gdansk 27degrees. Went to beach really really good, got sand in my shoes had fish and chips. The City the next day was really good loads of markets, I got a new stone it was rainy and freezing. We went to the beach at the campsite in our waterproofs it was pouring and pouring down.

Saturday 17th : Germany

Saturday pouring down left campsite at 9.30 first stop bought an old vintage car (toy) Arrived Germany Saturday night at 6 o clock camped in woods. There was a beautiful lake which you could water ski round.

Sunday 18th : Holland

Sunday arrived Holland 6 o clock good campsite, it had a park with sand on it, and an indoor park. Swimming tomorrow morning and then ferry home.
